Core stabilization exercises have a positive impact on muscle strength and physical fitness different populations. The purpose of this study to evaluate the effects core protocol posture CF. Sixteen children with were included study. Patients randomly allocated either group (N = 8) or control 8). Exercise was such as breathing exercises, sit-ups, plank, bridge, lateral plank. Exercises applied three times per week for eight weeks physiotherapist online remotely. Importance activity appropriate recommendations provided group. All patients assessed by using Corbin postural assessment scale. Spinal curvatures evaluated Mouse before after training. Mean total score thoracic kyphosis angles decreased (-1.25 ± 3.37, – 7 6.39°, respectively) training (p < 0.05). In group, mean increased throracic almost unchanged (2.37 1.99, 0.12 8.25°, > There significant difference change between two groups 0.02). Thoracic angle changes similar both 0.1). Positive obtained remotely focus lumbo-pelvic stability which includes various muscles that stabilize lumbar spine, pelvic trunk. So be may effect impairments added routine physiotherapy programs
